TERMS of SALE:
The surface under and around playground equipment can be a major factor in determining the injury-causing potential of a fall. A fall onto a shock-absorbing surface is less likely to cause a serious injury than a fall onto a hard surface. Because head impact injuries from a fall have the potential for being life threatening, the more shock absorbing a surface can be made, the greater is the likelihood of reducing severe injuries.
However, it should be recognized that some injuries from falls might occur no matter what playground surfacing material is used.
DISCLAIMER: The manufacturer, distributor, its owners or employees will not be held responsible or liable for damages caused by, or as a result of use of any rubber mulch product. This includes but is not limited to personal injury or property damage. All products are used at the customer's own risk.
PAYMENT: We require a minimum 1/2 downpayment to place the order & balance is due IN FULL at the time of delivery.
RUBBER MULCH:
The Playground Rubber Mulch made from car/truck tires has fiber (threads) in the rubber. Used in hundreds of playgrounds, this rubber mulch is 99.9% or greater wire free. We strive to maintain the quality and consistency of your purchase. Occasionally a stray piece of material may enter your order. This takes place via forklift, front-end loader, conveyor belt, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience and would ask that you police your material once installed for any wayward material prior to allowing your children to play.
